Feed Back
Our athletes are all hard at work getting reading for their respective sporting events,
Renier has completed provincial trails for rugby, and is currently waiting to hear if he has made the Eastern Province Team. We will report back once we receive the results next week.
Jessica, one of our Personal Training students, is busy preparing her sister Kathleen for the Provincial Championships, to be held in August. Jessica is also preparing for her final exams, Nat. Cert. Exercise Science in September.
Our resident clowns, Jono, Morne, and Kepler, are progressing well. Kepler will be entering the teen division at the provincials, and Morne will be going to the SA Natural Champs in September. I am still undecided as to which of the competitions Jono will enter, as he is an avid rugby player and currently has a very busy rugby schedule. I will make a final decision at the end of June.
I still have not received any feedback from the Ronnie Coleman Classic, so I am unable to report back to you.
This blog will undergoing some changes, and will be incorporated into a more user friendly site, the launch date will be 1 July, and I am sure you will like the changes. You will be able to buy supplements on-line at discounted prices, get facts and information on training and much-much more.
